What e-commerce services does WuliuAir provide?
WuliuAir provides many e-commerce services including storage and warehousing, pick and pack, documents and labeling, parcel shipping, return handling. We strive to cater to any e-commerce needs our clients may have.
Which e-commerce platforms can you integrate with?
We can integrate with any e-commerce platform you request. Some of the more popular marketplaces that we have helped previous clients integrate with include Shopify, WoCommerce, and PrestaShop among others.
Does WuliuAir provide packaging?
If your product requires packaging, yes. After we receive an order, we collect and pack the goods according to your specific requirements.
Can you handle fragile products? Does it cost extra?
Yes, we have experience with handling fragile products. This service does not cost extra.
Does WuliuAir handle customer returns?
Yes, we are able to handle customer returns. After the item is inbounded, we will contact you and provide pictures of the returned good. We will follow your instructions for how to proceed, whether that be to put back into stock, dispose, or provide other services as necessary.
Shipping and Fulfillment
How do you handle order fulfillment?
We first match your inventory to the e-commerce platform. When orders begin to appear in our system, we will pack the product. We will then choose the most desirable delivery method if it’s not indicated by the customer. If requested, we will confirm the shipment with you before sending the package. Finally, our couriers will pick up the package at our warehouse.
What is your order cut-off time for outbound shipments?
The timing of outbound shipments depends on the courier. Some couriers pick up deliveries in the morning while others pick up deliveries in the evening.
Which couriers do you use?
We partner with many couriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, GlobalMail, Omniva, among others. We will work with you to determine which courier service is best for your inventory.
How can clients track shipped orders?
You are provided with a tracking number for each order. If you have an API login with the WuliuAir e-commerce system, updates about the transit of orders will be provided directly and automatically from our system in real-time. If you do not have an API login, we will provide you with a spreadsheet that includes the tracking numbers for all orders. This second option is more common for clients who do not want to use large e-commerce platforms.
Is there a size or weight limit for my shipments?
Weight and size constraints depend on the courier. We will work with you to determine which courier service is best for your inventory.
Can I use my own packaging?
Yes, you may send us items pre-packaged or include custom packaging and instructions how to pack.
